1. General Provisions

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and the operator of the UPLAND brand (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the use of UPLAND official website services and purchase of related products.

Your access, browsing, use of website services or purchase of products shall be deemed as full reading, understanding and acceptance of all contents of these Terms, and you shall be legally bound thereby.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms in accordance with legal regulations or business adjustments. The revised Terms will be publicly notified on a prominent position of the official website and take effect 7 days after the notification.

2. Service Contents

Product Sales Services: Provide online display, consultation and sales of UPLAND brand bicycles and accessories, ensuring products comply with relevant national quality standards .

After-sales Support Services: Including product warranty, maintenance support, return and exchange services, which shall be implemented in accordance with the "Warranty Policy" herein.

Information Services: Provide product descriptions, user guides, cycling knowledge and other information through the official website. The information is for reference only, and we reserve the right to update it.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 User Rights

Entitled to obtain qualified products as described and corresponding after-sales services;

May file complaints and claim rights through the publicized channels on the official website if there is any objection to products or services;

May apply for unreasonable return or exchange within 15 days if the product is unused and intact (except customized products) .

3.2 User Obligations

Provide true and valid personal information for purchase and after-sales registration;

Use bicycles in strict accordance with the product manual, and prohibit minors (under 12 years old) from riding alone ;

Properly keep account information and bear full responsibility for operations under the account;

Inspect the vehicle condition before riding, abide by traffic regulations and park in a civilized manner .

4. Warranty Policy

4.1 Warranty Scope and Period

Provide a 1-year limited warranty for individual consumers, starting from the delivery date, which only applies to products purchased directly through the official website ;

The warranty covers electronic components (such as motor, controller, battery) and non-wear parts. Frames with welding cracks or fractures will be replaced free of charge ;

Wear parts (such as tires, chains) are not covered by the 1-year warranty, but paid maintenance support is available .

4.2 Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

Damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modification or maintenance;

Wear and tear, improper storage (below -20℃ or above 45℃), water damage and other human factors;

Damage caused by force majeure, accidents, theft or commercial use .

4.3 Warranty Process

To apply for warranty, contact customer service and provide proof of purchase, problem description and relevant images/videos;

We will provide solutions such as self-repair guidance, official service point maintenance or expense reimbursement;

Original or equivalent parts will be used for repair and replacement .

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Intellectual property rights such as UPLAND trademarks and product designs belong to us, and shall not be used without permission;

We strictly protect User information, which is only used for service provision and compliance requirements. See "Privacy Policy" for details.

6. Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for personal or property losses caused by improper use or maintenance by Users;

We do not guarantee the service quality of third-party links on the official website, which shall be borne by the third party;

Internet transmission has inherent risks, and we shall not be liable for service interruption not caused by our own reasons.

7. Modification and Termination of Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms or relevant laws;

In case of corporate merger or restructuring, the rights and obligations under these Terms will be transferred to the transferee.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation;
